We collect personal data about you when you register on our websites in order to provide you with the tech services that are available through our websites as well as for administrative purposes when you purchase products through our websites.

Product requests made through our site

Online selection and fulfilment services for products may be conducted either by us, corporate donors on or by one of our third-party partners.

In some cases, you may be required to leave our websites to select products and place your product request. We aim to provide your charity with useful resources and offerings for as long as you work for it. However, you have the right to close your account at any time and have us delete all of your personal information unless we are in the process of responding to any complaint that you make. If you are looking to access Microsoft Cloud offerings through our Microsoft Cloud Manager service, please be aware that some extra data processing will be necessary to fulfil your order.
