This donation provides a one-year subscription for TeamViewer Business for one new user for organizations with annual operating budgets of $11.5 million or less. See below for more information

You can use TeamViewer Business to

  • Access organization computers from home, while traveling, or after normal business hours
  • Conduct online meetings and video conferences with up to four other remote users
  • Manage support requests from employees with service queue features

Major Capabilities

  • Remote desktop access: With a computer or mobile device, TeamViewer users can remotely and securely access the files, programs, email, and network resources of another computer without a VPN.
  • Online meetings: You can host and record HD video conferences with VoIP audio for up to four other participants.
  • Service queue: You can collect service cases and automatically assign session codes for support requests. With TeamViewer Business, you can host up to 10 support sessions per hour.
  • Security: TeamViewer's security features include 256-bit session encryption, two-factor authentication, support for HIPAA compliance, and more.
  • Mobile device access (additional fee): If you purchase the mobile device add-on, you can remotely access a mobile device from your computer, smartphone, or tablet.

When Charity Digital Exchange approves your donation request, we will send a message to your organization email address with instructions for obtaining and activating this product.

Subscription Details

Subscription LimitsFor remote access
  • The licensed user can access an unlimited number of endpoints from up to three computers or mobile devices.
  • A remote session can only be initiated with one endpoint at a time.
  • To remotely access endpoints that are mobile devices, the mobile devices add-on must be purchased separately.
For online meetings
  • The licensed user can host online video conferences with up to four other participants.
Continuing Service After One YearTo continue to receive your donation after the initial year of your subscription, TeamViewer requires that we reconfirm your eligibility each year.
Renewal will incur a $59 admin fee.
If you do not reconfirm your eligibility in time or are no longer eligible, you will be charged the full retail price unless you cancel your subscription. You can cancel your subscription by contacting TeamViewer support at least 28 days prior to the end of your subscription period.
Existing Subscribers IneligibleYou can request this offer only if you do not currently have a paid TeamViewer subscription.
Previewing TeamViewerIf you've participated in the free trial for TeamViewer, you can request this product to activate your trial version.

  • Budget:
    • Organizations with annual operating budgets of $11.5 million or less are eligible for donated TeamViewer Business subscriptions.
    • Organizations with annual operating budgets of any size are eligible for access to discounted rates for TeamViewer subscriptions.
  • Organization types: All organization types are eligible.
  • Existing customers: Organisations that currently have paid TeamViewer subscriptions are not eligible.
  • Terms of service: Organizations that request TeamViewer products must agree to any applicable terms of service.
  • Anti-discrimination policy: Organizations that advocate, support, or practice discrimination based on age, ethnicity, gender, national origin, disability, race, size, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic background are not eligible to participate. Organizations must be willing and able to attest that they do not discriminate on any of these grounds in order to receive products.
  • Case study: Recipient organizations must be willing and able to provide information to TeamViewer for the purposes of creating a case study or testimonial.
  • Product distribution:
    • Products will be distributed to qualifying organizations only, not to individuals.
    • Recipient organizations may not transfer or resell TeamViewer products.
