Provided an organisation meets the eligibility criteria for Sparkol for Nonprofits through Charity Digital Exchange, requests can be made in line with the following entitlement guidelines:

  • Organisations may request access to discounted rates for up to five single-user VideoScribe subscriptions per fiscal year.

Products provided by Sparkol through Charity Digital Exchange are only available to UK-registered charities and charitable housing associations.

  • Budget: organisations with annual operating budgets of any size.
  • organisation types: All organisation types are eligible.
  • Existing customers: organisations that already have paid VideoScribe subscriptions are not eligible.
  • Terms of service: organisations must agree to any applicable terms of service.
  • Anti-discrimination policy: organisations that advocate, support, or practice discrimination based on age, ethnicity, gender, national origin, disability, race, size, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic background are not eligible. organisations must be willing and able to attest that they do not discriminate on any of these grounds.

Subscription LimitsFor remote access
  • The licensed user can access an unlimited number of endpoints from up to three computers or mobile devices.
  • A remote session can only be initiated with one endpoint at a time.
  • To remotely access endpoints that are mobile devices, the mobile devices add-on must be purchased separately.
For online meetings
  • The licensed user can host online video conferences with up to four other participants.
Continuing Service After One YearTo continue to receive your donation after the initial year of your subscription, TeamViewer requires that we reconfirm your eligibility each year.
Renewal will incur a $59 admin fee.
If you do not reconfirm your eligibility in time or are no longer eligible, you will be charged the full retail price unless you cancel your subscription. You can cancel your subscription by contacting TeamViewer support at least 28 days prior to the end of your subscription period.

Please note that all Office 2019 suites and individual applications, including Visio and Project, can no longer be downloaded directly through the VLSC.

To receive the Office product you've requested, follow our detailed instructions to download and install Office 2019 products obtained through Volume Licensing.

Access is a relational database management system that helps information workers track and report information.

Which Versions of This Software Are Available?

 

You can choose to download the current version or the previous version of this software. You can find out which version is the current one on the Current Versions of Microsoft Products page. In addition, you can download the software in any language that's available.

Major Capabilities

 

  • Templates: Access includes prebuilt solutions that you can modify and adapt to your needs.
  • Forms and reports: You can design and create professional forms and reports based on the fields in your databases.
  • Tool development: Expression Builder and Macro Designer allow you to add automation and complex expressions without writing any code.
  • Web access: When connected with SharePoint Server, you can post your databases online and access, view, and edit them from the web. Users without Access software can open web forms and reports in a web browser and synchronise their changes automatically.
  • Data import: Access can connect to and import data from external sources, such as other Access databases, Excel spreadsheets, ODBC sources, and SQL Server database. Important Volume Licensing Information

With Office suites and applications, you can choose between two types of volume license keys for product activation: a Key Management Service (KMS) license key or a Multiple Activation Key (MAK). You will be provided with both types of keys on the Microsoft Volume Licensing website.

 

Obtaining This Product

 

Installing this product requires you to download the software from the Microsoft Volume Licensing Service Center (VLSC) and enter a license key. You can download any available version or language for your product.

The license key allows you to install the product on as many computers as you have received licenses for. This quantity is specified in the email you receive from Charity Digital Exchange after you request this product.

Expect two emails:

  • When your donation request has been approved, Charity Digital Exchange will send a message to your organisation email address. This email will confirm the number of licenses you have requested and provide information about how to use the VLSC once Microsoft accepts your license agreement. Make sure the organisation email that is registered with Charity Digital Exchange is up-to-date. Visit My Member Profile and verify the address in your active organisation profile.
  • Microsoft will send an email welcoming your organisation to the VLSC. This email will indicate that Microsoft has accepted your license agreement. After you receive this email, you'll be able to follow the steps in the first email you received from Charity Digital Exchange to obtain your donation through the VLSC.

 

Software Assurance

 

Under the Software Assurance program, you have the right to install any new release of products covered in the agreement during the term of your coverage.

  • Microsoft installation technologies:
    • Office applications that are version 2019 or later must be installed using Microsoft Click-to-Run technology instead of the traditional Windows Installer (MSI) technology. Click-to-Run technology is the same technology that is used to install the Office applications that are included with Office 365 subscriptions.
    • You can't install multiple Office products on a computer if the products are the same version but use different installation technologies. In some cases, you also can't install two different versions of Click-to-Run applications on the same computer. For more information, see Microsoft Office support.

Products will be distributed to eligible organisations only, not to individuals, and within the Microsoft Guidelines.

Organisations which provide the following types of services MAY be eligible to receive Microsoft donations through this programme:

  • Relief to the poor
  • Advancement of education
  • Advancement of social and community welfare
  • Advancement of culture
  • Advancement of the natural environment
  • Other purposes beneficial to the community

Additional types of organisations MAY be eligible to receive Microsoft donations through this programme, including:

  • Public libraries for public access purposes
  • Public Museums
  • Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief organisations
  • Community Health Clinics
  • Behavioural healthcare nonprofits that provide mental health, chemical dependency and other psychosocial services to the community
  • Women’s health centres
  • Blood banks
  • Trade associations with registered charity status that have charitable aims and activities
  • Organisations that engage in discrimination in hiring, compensation, access to training, promotion, termination, and/or retirement based on race, colour, sex, national origin, religion, age, disability, gender identity or expression, marital status, pregnancy, sexual orientation, political affiliation, union membership, or veteran status, other than as allowed by law, are not eligible to participate in this programme.  Organisations must be willing and able to attest that they do not discriminate on any of these grounds in order to receive donations.

The following types of organisations are NOT eligible to receive Microsoft donations through this programme:

  • Governmental organisations or agencies including international governmental organisations and United Nations Entities
  • Educational Institutions – organisations eligible through Microsoft academic volume licensing programs are not eligible for software donations, including nonprofit private schools
  • Healthcare Organisations and Networks – healthcare organisations and networks including hospitals, specialty networks, ambulatory healthcare services, home healthcare and assisted living healthcare organisations are not eligible .  
  • Healthcare Research Organisations and Research Laboratories – Includes organisations pursuing systematic investigation, including research development, testing and evaluation, designed to develop or contribute to general knowledge
  • Commerce and Trade Associations without charitable aims or activities
  • Sponsorships of events, tables, exhibitions, or performances
  • Fundraising events such as luncheons, dinners, walks, runs, or sports tournaments
  • Political, Labour and Fraternal organisations
  • Refurbishers that will be installing the donated software on refurbished computers to be distributed or donated to nonprofits or schools
  • Organisations that advocate, support, or practice discrimination based on age, ethnicity, gender, national origin, disability, race, size, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic background. Organisations must be willing and able to attest that they do not discriminate on any of these grounds in order to receive donations
     
  • Terms of service: Organisations that request Microsoft products must agree to any applicable terms of service.

    Amendments: Microsoft reserves the right to supplement or amend these eligibility guidelines at any time without notice.

    Anti-discrimination policy: To be eligible to participate in this programme, organisations must attest to the following statement, which certifies compliance with the Microsoft corporate citizenship nonprofit giving antidiscrimination policy:

Guidelines:

Provided an organisation meets the Eligibility Criteria for the Microsoft Software Donations Programme, donation requests can be made in line with the following entitlement guidelines: 

  • Your organisation's first donation request after 27 July 2011 marks the beginning of its recurring two-year cycles. Within a two-year period, each eligible organisation may request:

•    During its two-year cycle, an organisation can request products from up to 10 title groups.
•    For title groups that contain desktop products, server products that use core-based licensing, or license-only products (like CALs), there is a 50-product maximum.
•    For server products that do not use core-based licensing, there is a five-product maximum, regardless of title group.

  • After two years, a new cycle begins, and the Entitlement is reset.

Organisations which provide the following types of services MAY be eligible to receive Microsoft discounts through this programme:

  • Advancement of education
  • Advancement of social and community welfare
  • Advancement of culture
  • Advancement of the natural environment
  • Other purposes beneficial to the community

Additional types of organisations MAY be eligible to receive Microsoft discounts through this programme, including:

  • Public libraries for public access purposes
  • Public Museums
  • Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief organisations
  • Community Health Clinics
  • Behavioural healthcare nonprofits that provide mental health, chemical dependency and other psychosocial services to the community
  • Women’s health centres
  • Blood banks
  • Trade associations with registered charity status that have charitable aims and activities
  • Organisations that engage in discrimination in hiring, compensation, access to training, promotion, termination, and/or retirement based on race, colour, sex, national origin, religion, age, disability, gender identity or expression, marital status, pregnancy, sexual orientation, political affiliation, union membership, or veteran status, other than as allowed by law, are not eligible to participate in this programme.  Organisations must be willing and able to attest that they do not discriminate on any of these grounds in order to receive discounts.

The following types of organisations are NOT eligible to receive Microsoft discounts through this programme:

  • Governmental organisations or agencies including international governmental organisations and United Nations Entities
  • Educational Institutions – organisations eligible through Microsoft academic volume licensing programs are not eligible for software discounts, including nonprofit private schools
  • Healthcare Organisations and Networks – healthcare organisations and networks including hospitals, specialty networks, ambulatory healthcare services, home healthcare and assisted living healthcare organisations are not eligible .  
  • Healthcare Research Organisations and Research Laboratories – Includes organisations pursuing systematic investigation, including research development, testing and evaluation, designed to develop or contribute to general knowledge
  • Commerce and Trade Associations without charitable aims or activities
  • Sponsorships of events, tables, exhibitions, or performances
  • Fundraising events such as luncheons, dinners, walks, runs, or sports tournaments
  • Political, Labour and Fraternal organisations
  • Refurbishers that will be installing the donated software on refurbished computers to be distributed or donated to nonprofits or schools
  • Organisations that advocate, support, or practice discrimination based on age, ethnicity, gender, national origin, disability, race, size, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic background. Organisations must be willing and able to attest that they do not discriminate on any of these grounds in order to receive discounts
     
  • Terms of service: Organisations that request Microsoft products must agree to any applicable terms of service.

Please note that all Office 2019 suites and individual applications, including Visio and Project, can no longer be downloaded directly through the VLSC.

To receive the Office product you've requested, follow our detailed instructions to download and install Office 2019 products obtained through Volume Licensing.

PowerPoint is a slideshow presentation program with capabilities for images, text effects, audio, animations, and video. Presentations can be given in person, distributed on CD-ROM or DVD-ROM, placed on a network, or published to the web.

Which Versions of This Software Are Available?

You can choose to download the current version or the previous version of this software. You can find out which version is the current one on the Current Versions of Microsoft Products page. In addition, you can download the software in any language that's available.

Major Capabilities

  • Multimedia presentations: PowerPoint allows you to incorporate text, images, audio, and video, including embedded video from sites like YouTube.
  • Media editing tools: PowerPoint's editing features allow you to trim audio and video, change colors, and resize and crop images, all within PowerPoint.
  • Presentation broadcasting: Viewers in other locations can view your presentation on the web, whether or not they have PowerPoint installed. Audio is not included as part of these presentations.
  • Collaboration: Multiple users at different locations can co-author or edit the same file at the same time via Office Online, SharePoint, or OneDrive.

Important Volume Licensing Information

With Office suites and applications, you can choose between two types of volume license keys for product activation: a Key Management Service (KMS) license key or a Multiple Activation Key (MAK). You will be provided with both types of keys on the Microsoft Volume Licensing website.

Microsoft also offers instructions on how to use a MAK or KMS key to activate volume editions of Office software.

Obtaining This Product

Installing this product requires you to download the software from the Microsoft Volume Licensing Service Center (VLSC) and enter a license key. You can download any available version or language for your product.

The license key allows you to install the product on as many computers as you have received licenses for. This quantity is specified in the email you receive from Charity Digital Exchange after you request this product.

Expect two emails:

  1. When your request has been approved, Charity Digital Exchange will send a message to your organization email address. This email will confirm the number of licenses you have requested and provide information about how to use the VLSC once Microsoft accepts your license agreement. Make sure the email address in your organization details is up to date by visiting your account.
  2. Microsoft will send an email welcoming your organization to the VLSC. This email will indicate that Microsoft has accepted your license agreement. After you receive this email, you'll be able to follow the steps in the first email you received from Charity Digital Exchange to obtain your product through the VLSC.

  • Microsoft installation technologies:
    • Office applications that are version 2019 or later must be installed using Microsoft Click-to-Run technology instead of the traditional Windows Installer (MSI) technology. Click-to-Run technology is the same technology that is used to install the Office applications that are included with Office 365 subscriptions.
    • You can't install multiple Office products on a computer if the products are the same version but use different installation technologies. In some cases, you also can't install two different versions of Click-to-Run applications on the same computer. For more information, see Microsoft Office support.
